Transitions Hair Solutions in Moline, Illinois is a member of Transitions International, the international association of hair replacement and hair loss treatment professionals. I bought the bulk kinky hair 18” and it was wonderful, it had no smell and it was true to length. I’m locking my hair and this hair is perfect as I will be able to color my hair in the future if I desire. The hair was way to use and it was pre-strength which was convenient, I love the fact that it was bits and pieces of hair.

Virtual Reality is a thin, flexible, second skin like surface with natural hair growth patterns. I wrote a great review first day of installation but I’ve had to delete it as this hair is a nightmare! I feel so daft to have wasted my money to buy this crap.
I’ve only installed a few to see the quality and texture. Great feel and pickier match the bundles are much smaller than I realized . I have thick hair and 5 packs were not enough for my full head , will have to buy atleast 3 more but for the amount of shedding I’m experiencing on what is done I’m on the fence . It goes against our guidelines to offer incentives for reviews.
I ordered two wigs from them and they did not send me what I ordered. The short wig is not the one they advertised and the loose waves was not as well. They will never give you a refund. It’s time for us to start suing these people.
I ordered hair for the first time and ordered the wrong kind. At first, I wanted to exchange it, but after getting the run around, I wanted my money back. I had submitted an online review to get their attention, because no one was responding to me. They responded, asked me to send photos of the hair, and take firemen the posting.
I love how the ends wave up when you spray water on it. I will definitely be buying again.
They continue to ignore my requests for return/refund and I am well within the 30 day return window. I have no confidence they will return my money. I am going to contact the Attorney General in my state to see if they can be banned from selling here. This is the message i received when i had asked for my money back. “We checked your order price.It is not worth it for you to return it, after deducting the return shipping fee, it is really not good for you.
I took it down, thinking they would do right by me, and they asked for more pics of the hair and a screenshot of the deleted post. After a few days, I get another email referencing me as “Dear” and telling me it would not be worth returning the hair because I would have to pay shipping, but on my next order, I would receive a 22%. I will NEVER place another order with your company, and I have nothing but bad things to say about your customer service. I have never had an experience like this. The condescending, gaslighting behavior of this company is unbelievable! They will not honor their refund policy.
I could repeat everything from the other 1 star reviews. I feel like so many others have shared my experience. They will not allow me to return this stuff they call human hair. They don't care about correcting the error and now I just want my money back. I'm in the middle of a dispute with PayPal to hopefully correct it. I have jumped through hoops sending them pics to prove the hair has not been used at all, still in original package.
