I absolutely love QVR hair

It is literally undetectable to the human touch. I ordered this hair and it came on time I ordered 3 packs but only needed 1.5 packs. My hair lasted 6 weeks before I took them out for a new style. I had minimum shedding and there wasn't a smell with the hair. My scalp wasn't inflamed the way it does with synthetic hair. My stylist used mousse and room temp water to make it curl at the tips so I didn't have to worry about hot water damaging my hair.

I’ve only installed a few to see the quality and texture. Great feel and pickier match the bundles are much smaller than I realized . I have thick hair and 5 packs were not enough for my full head , will have to buy atleast 3 more but for the amount of shedding I’m experiencing on what is done I’m on the fence . My hair is less than a week and it sheds nonstop. The hair looks and colors the texture of 100%synthetic. This is the most I’ve regretted spending my money on a hair all my life. I ordered hair from them on 14th and received it on the 18th, I definitely wasn’t expecting that. I haven’t installed the hair yet but it does feel very soft and of good quality. I also emailed them with a question unsure if I would get a reply and to my surprise they replied within 24 hours.

I could repeat everything from the other 1 star reviews. I feel like so many others have shared my experience. They will not allow me to return this stuff they call human hair. They don't care about correcting the error and now I just want my money back. I'm in the middle of a dispute with PayPal to hopefully correct it. I have jumped through hoops sending them pics to prove the hair has not been used at all, still in original package.

After a few days, I get another email referencing me as “Dear” and telling me it would not be worth returning the hair because I would have to pay shipping, but on my next order, I would receive a 22%. I will NEVER place another order with your company, and I have nothing but bad things to say about your customer service. I have never had an experience like this. The condescending, gaslighting behavior of this company is unbelievable! They will not honor their refund policy.
